AHRI is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Data Services. The Technical Analyst role is critical to support the Product Management team and ensure the business requirements are accurately translated to technical requirements, provide day-to-day decision support for their team, and ensure the final delivered product is validated. The Technical Analyst is internally focused on the team and implementation for both regulated and non-regulated products. This includes coordinating activities for AHRI data submission and other data maintenance needs as required to meet client needs and domestic, state, and international organization regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Qualifications:
AHRI is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Data Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Business Processes
- Write scripts and query results from MS SQL Server database, perform data audits, and map data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software application issues for customers, working with other analysts, product managers, software developers, and business partners as needed.
- Support the Product Manager in developing features in collaboration with key stakeholders and transform them into user stories that are granular enough for a sprint
- Project Management
- Gather, review, and write requirements for AHRI applications and databases including regulatory reporting through the AHRI Directory
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop testing scenarios and perform final testing to verify functionality per requirements
- Communication and Documentation to Stakeholders
- Coordinate communication between all stakeholders regarding goals and requirements
- Develop document findings and/or User Guides as appropriate
- Provide periodic status updates to business stakeholders and upper management
- Related experience with application and database development
- Experience with large change management efforts preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university/college
- Four or more years of work experience in an analyst or higher position may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with JIRA and/or Microsoft Azure preferred.
AHRI offers a full benefits package with alternate workplace options and a friendly work environment. The salary hiring range for this position is $72,500-$85,000.
