Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a mentor and role model for newly hired nurses and nursing students.
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating educational curricula.
- Facilitate the orientation process, providing hands-on training and support to ensure new nurses transition smoothly into their roles.
- Develop individualized education plans tailored to the needs of each nurse.
- Evaluate the performance and progress of preceptees, offering constructive feedback and guidance.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.

- Previous experience as a preceptor, mentor, or educator preferred.
