  • Daily Invoicing
  • Account reconciliation
  • Contracts : Collect / Analyze / Summarize account info
  • Work Orders : Work with technicians to complete and submit
  • PO's & RMA's : Ensure all are received and billed
  • Expense Reports
  • Sales Tax Certificates
  • Shipping Labels
  • Book Meetings

    • Your Background / Skills

  • 3yrs Quickbooks
  • 3yrs Bookkeeping / Accounting
  • 3yrs Excel (Intermediate)
  • Preferred : Marine, Yachting Service, AV Industry

    • AHT Global's Contribution to You :

  • Salary : $55k-65k / yr
  • PTO : 10 Days Paid Holidays
  • Retirement : 401k w / 3% Match
  • Healthcare : Medical (50% of Employee), Vision / Dental (Optional)
