Daily Invoicing
Account reconciliation
Contracts : Collect / Analyze / Summarize account info
Work Orders : Work with technicians to complete and submit
PO's & RMA's : Ensure all are received and billed
Expense Reports
Sales Tax Certificates
Shipping Labels
Book Meetings
Your Background / Skills
3yrs Quickbooks
3yrs Bookkeeping / Accounting
3yrs Excel (Intermediate)
Preferred : Marine, Yachting Service, AV Industry

Salary : $55k-65k / yr
