Call Center Supervisor – Outbound Marketing Team
Location: Appleton, WI
Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our Outbound Marketing Team at our Appleton, WI location. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Call Center Marketers who are focused on reaching homeowners and setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate: Supervise and inspire a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them excel in setting appointments and generating leads.
• Monitor & Improve: Review and evaluate call quality to ensure high standards are maintained, offering feedback for improvement.
• Build a Positive Culture: Create an environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and individual growth, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
• Ongoing Training: Lead regular one-on-one and team meetings to share best practices, track progress, and provide additional coaching.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: Manage all aspects of team development, including recruitment, training, and retention to build a strong, effective team.

• Experience: Proven experience in a call center and supervisory or similar leadership role.
