AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join our Outbound Marketing Team.
You will be responsible to coach and develop a team of Call Center Marketers whose focus is to speak to homeowners via the phone setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
This is an in-person (not virtual) position at our Appleton, WI location.
The hours are Monday – Friday from 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM and alternating Saturday’s from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and lead generation.
- Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.
- Conduct regular one on one and team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.
- Grow the telemarketing team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and retaining team members.
Marketing Supervisor Required Skills:
