AHT Wisconsin Windows is growing fast due to high demand from local homeowners, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to join our Event Marketing Team.
This is not your average marketing job — no cold calls, no cubicles. You'll be out in the community, attending home shows, sporting events, farmers markets, music festivals, and more — having real conversations with real people. Your role? Represent our trusted brand, connect with potential customers, answer questions, generate leads, and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent AHT Wisconsin Windows in a professional, friendly manner at local events
- Engage with event attendees, creating awareness and interest in our products
- Clearly explain the benefits of our windows and doors and what makes us different
- Answer basic questions and overcome objections using training provided
- Collect customer contact information and set appointments for our Sales Consultants
- Assist in event setup and teardown as needed
- Maintain product literature, promotional materials, and a clean, welcoming event space
- Travel to and from events using a company vehicle
