Position: Full-time Rekations Coordinator
Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, (4 Ten-Hour Shifts)

Ahwatukee Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and organized Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into our care.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the admissions process from start to finish, including intake, documentation, and resident onboarding.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure a seamless admission and transition.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and regulations.
• Provide support, answer questions, and guide prospective residents and families through the process with empathy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare admissions or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
