• Manage the admissions process from start to finish, including intake, documentation, and resident onboarding.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure a seamless admission and transition.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and regulations.
• Provide support, answer questions, and guide prospective residents and families through the process with empathy and professionalism. What We're Looking For :
• Experience in healthcare admissions or a similar administrative role is preferred.
