Job Description: Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Lead Trainee
The Assistant Team Leader Trainee will assist with performing National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) bridge inspections, sign structure inspections, and structural load ratings. This position will provide direct training and guidance from a Sr. Team Leader or Sr. Assistant Team Leader, as well as hands on experience. The goal of this position is to meet the qualifications of an Assistant Team Leader after a 24 month training period.
Requirements:
- AS Degree in civil engineering or related field
- Basic understanding of construction or civil engineering or a desire to learn
- Ability to do occasional off hour bridge inspection work even nights
- Ability to work at heights/depths and maneuver in tight spaces
- The successful candidate must also possess a valid driver’s license
