🧠 What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in circuit design or embedded systems engineering
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
- Proficiency in at least one modern software development or hardware description language
- Hands-on expertise with schematic design, power supply analysis, and PCB layout tools—ideally Siemens PADS
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset
- A natural mentor—willing to support and uplift junior engineers
- You take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in change
- Organised, resilient, and motivated by high standards—you take pride in hitting your metrics while helping others hit theirs
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with microwave and/or RF design
- Circuit board layout skills
- Background in project management
Salary : $100 - $120
