🧠 What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in circuit design or embedded systems engineering
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency in at least one modern software development or hardware description language
• Hands-on expertise with schematic design, power supply analysis, and PCB layout tools—ideally Siemens PADS
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset
• A natural mentor—willing to support and uplift junior engineers
• You take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in change
• Organised, resilient, and motivated by high standards—you take pride in hitting your metrics while helping others hit theirs

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with microwave and/or RF design
• Circuit board layout skills
• Background in project management
