EchoMark is a cybersecurity software that uses AI-powered forensic watermarking to protect confidential information shared via documents and emails. It embeds invisible, personalized watermarks to trace leaks back to their source. The software offers individual and enterprise plans, with the latter integrating with Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace for seamless protection. EchoMark's goal is to rebuild trust by deterring leaks and enhancing information security. Its features include customizable watermark options, leak investigations, and secure file sharing.
Responsibilities :
Design e2e UX leveraging an existing component library in Figma while also advancing EchoMark design language and libraries.
Lead feature development from concept through research, implementation, and launch.
Work directly with customers, leadership, and developers to design streamlined, task-oriented, customer-focused UX.
Deliver optimized design assets to engineering.
Run usability studies and other research to ensure UI is easy-to-use.
Minimum Requirements :
7 years of experience in product marketing, with significant experience in enterprise or government sectors.
Proven success in educating markets on complex, technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, data management, or related industries.
Deep experience working with large enterprise, financial services, and government customers.
Strong experience in developing marketing collateral from scratch, driving product messaging, and creating sales tools for use by both internal teams and external partners.
Experience working closely with press and industry media, building narratives and generating coverage.
Proven ability to drive pricing and packaging discussions from inception through to market launch.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messages.
A self-starter with the ability to build from the ground up, and a passion for educating and influencing market perceptions.
Located in the Seattle, WA area.
US citizen.
Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
Customer-focus with an eye on metrics and usability.
