We are seeking an experienced and passionate Designer to join our collaborative team and contribute to projects that shape and improve communities.
POSITION SUMMARY :
As an Architect at Zoetrope, you will play a pivotal role in our design process, solving challenges while collaborating with clients and consultants, and guiding project execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to sustainability and design excellence. You will be an integral team member, contributing to a culture that values curiosity, bold thinking, and integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop design concepts and ideas in all phases of a project, including concept, schematic, design development and construction document phases for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and relevant laws.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment with project vision and objectives.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
