What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Account Manager position at AIC Home Health Services?
Seeking for an Account Manager to be a part of our growing team.
To be assigned the Alameda County territory, to collaborate with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers from acute care hospitals, facilities and other referral sources.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with referral sources, maintaining positive relationships with the health care community. Must be willing to have active community presence and be able to spearhead community events.
Sales and Marketing experience in the Home Health, Hospice and Home Care setting is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
