- Providing administrative support to different teams within the organization such as human resources, finance and information technology.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Monitor and maintain progress statistics for multiple projects
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing incoming correspondence such as emails and phone calls which requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey messages between departments
- Managing the executive?s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Responsible for Executive Committee and Partner meeting schedules, catering, agenda and minutes monthly.
