Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Dayton, OH. The HR Generalist will be responsible for many HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Duties include emploee onboarding, employee event planning, emploee communications, and supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and recruiting
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
