What You'll Do
As part of a highly visible product team, you will have the satisfaction of seeing every piece of your design work through to final execution in the real world. It also means that you will be expected and empowered to deliver high-quality work on a daily basis.
- Design forward-thinking experiences for how our users discover and use our portfolio of products — web applications, Chrome extension, features add-ons, etc.
- Navigate ambiguity by taking the initiative to seek clarity — ask questions early and often, be proactive, and be a strategic thinker in engineering solutions.
- Help our customers level up and crush learning curves during onboarding — give them easy guidance so they can be successful with our products and fall in love with the product experience in the process.
- Convey designs that compel others to see what you see — via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and / or prototypes — and be confident presenting your process to empower others to understand your rationale and promote your ideas.
- Participate in or initiate research to learn more about our user and partner needs, and create presentation material marketing collaterals / assets to support the work — via presentation decks, visual flowcharts and diagrams, user journeys, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners who are steadfast advocates for our users, as well as product management and engineering teams.
- Always thinking about ways to more effectively educate and ally with internal key stakeholders, and playing not just a practitioner role but also a strong ambassador who upholds product design excellence.
