We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in phone etiquette, data entry, and customer support. This position is full-time and based in our office.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain precise data entry with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Process orders using ERP software.
- Provide timely customer support, resolving inquiries effectively.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents.
- Support other office tasks as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Experience:
- Prior experience preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Pay:
- Starting at $17.00 per hour
