What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting/Customer Service Assistant position at Providence Capital Funding, Inc.?

JOB DESCRIPTION

Portfolio Management & Accounting Software :

Oversee weekly updates to the portfolio log using internal accounting software, including input of Turbolease entries

Administrative Support :

Issue refund checks as required

Maintain and organize accounting filing systems

Process and input Letters of Intent (LOIs)

Manage funding and portfolio logs for accurate record-keeping

Customer Interaction :

Provide clear and effective communication with customers, both in writing and verbally

Ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries

Account Reconciliation :

Reconcile past due accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up

Accounting Assistance :

Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks, including QuickBooks entries and other financial activities as needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer communication

Great verbal and written communications skills

Degree or pursuing a degree

Highly motivated and outgoing individuals

Result and goal-oriented

Intermediate computer skills : Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, TurboLease

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation range $18.00-$25.00 / HR

On-site role, flexible hours, approximately 20 hours a week
