The Human Resources Intern is responsible for integrating the Mission and Core Values of the organization within and outside of the Human Resources Department. As an intern you will learn how to navigate through various Human Resources functions of Global HR. Will gain hands-on experience in HR areas, including: benefits, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR systems.
While working in the Human Resources Department, you will provide administrative support to the department and independent HR projects as assigned
As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to be an advocate and enhance the reputation of AHF.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be a fulltime student at an accredited 4-year college or post graduate
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher majoring in Business Administration/HR Management or related field
- Must commit to the full duration of the program and full time hours
- Must have exceptional computer skills
- Complete full internship starts June 2th – August 29th
- Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm
- Hybrid Schedule
