The Healthy Housing Foundation’s Regional Property Operations Manager contributes to AHF/HHF by supporting and executing the Foundation’s strategies related to all local and regional aspects of day-to-day property management in AHF’s Southern and Northern Bureaus, including creating systems for consistent tenant communication, written property report updates, carrying out evictions as necessary, move-ins; etc.
Working closely and under the direct supervision from the Associate Director of Housing Operations, this role supervises work of assigned Property Managers in the Southern and Northern Bureaus on all aspects related to leasing, maintenance, and management of support staff at assigned locations. Uses knowledge of property management and affordable housing in providing information on operating costs as well as the annual budget for the properties. Responsible to help co-develop and implement programs designed to increase occupancy. Manages all assigned property managers and overall staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
This role will additionally contribute by ensuring that the physical appearance and legal requirements of building codes, regulations, and requirements of the properties meet local, regional and Foundation’s required standards.
This role will also provide support in identifying potential viable properties for acquisition by prospecting, researching, and communicating opportunities to Healthy Housing Foundation’s senior management.
