Responsibilities

A Senior Program Manager contributes to AHF by having the experience to oversee all the Ryan White contracts and services at a managerial level in the Tarrant County region for AHF and AOC Ryan White supportive services programs. Utilizing your strong understanding of all the Ryan White Services, you will understand the contract deliverables, Standards of Care, and goals of all the programs and the patients served. You will consistently work to troubleshoot site-level challenges that impede the efficient delivery of services, attainment of programmatic goals and high levels of customer satisfaction and preparing progress reports / work plans. You will collaborate with the AHF and AOC leadership, including the HCC Team, Providers, Practice Manager, Regional Director, Associate Director of Care Management, Southern Bureau Chief, and Contract Manager so that the Ryan White team understands the operational process and deliverables to provide guidance, resources, and access to care for all patients. You will provide guidance and operational assistance to AHF and AOC teams, monitor multiple services entered into the AHF and County information systems by staff, and provide updates and reports to Leadership. You will ensure that the programs under your oversight are audit-ready, and staff has the understanding, training, and tools to implement your operational goals. You will understand the scope of work for each Ryan White-funded service and work with local staff to meet program goals. You will facilitate ongoing training and internal audits of each program and ensure compliance with all AHF and County policies and procedures. 1 : 1 meetings with your team will provide an understanding of your team’s performance, address any challenges, and work together to resolve concerns. In this way, you will support the team’s ability to help their patients achieve their healthcare goals.

A Senior Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating excellence in operational management, community engagement, and adherence to program goals specific to improving the client's health outcomes. Their work ensures that all the programs operate effectively, maintain high service standards, and provide measurable outcomes. You will also demonstrate that you collaborate creatively and address contract expectations to meet program deliverables and improve processes. You will bring the essence of the Ryan White Care Act - the safety net for uninsured HIV / AIDS patients - to the team for ongoing discussion and understanding. You will review the deliverables, so they remain on target. Beyond the scope of the contract, your team will contribute to the measures established by the HIV / AIDS Bureau (HAB) Measures and the Department of Health and Human Services.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Senior Program Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to Execute the day-to-day operations, manage logistics, and track and report on program impact and compliance with grant objectives. You will ensure the program continuously meets performance metrics so that all written policies and procedures are in accordance with the current EMA HIV Ryan White Standards of Care. This position will work with AHF and AOC leadership to execute the Model of Care and meet the standards required to enhance member care and outcomes as well as maintain an "audit[1]ready" Care Management program. This position contributes to AHF's success by effectively managing the key initiatives of the organization to ensure improved patient outcomes and compliance with the county contracts for the programs and any contractual, federal, and State regulatory requirements. Other programs may be assigned to this role.

Licenses / Certifications : Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree required in Social Science, Social Work, or Human Services. A minimum of 3 years of Case Management experience is preferred.

5 plus years of management experience preferred.
