Position : Program Senior Manager
Location (3 days Hybrid) : Fort Worth, TX
Job Description
- Work with client to translate program vision to software development and implementation plans
- Drive program-level activities, including but not limited to Detailed Planning, Managing Risk, Mitigation, Scope, Change & Budget, Release Mgmt.
- Lead cadence and steering committee meetings with the client and have engaged with client's technical and management SMEs towards program planning and realization of objectives
- Define, track, and optimize program success criteria, metrics, and KPIs.
- Liaise with onshore and offshore delivery teams and participate in work execution / delivery reviews & meetings
- Be a thought partner for the client to strategize and structure transformation initiatives
- Work with and integrate multiple service lines delivery to ensure customer's program objectives are met.
- Work with the account manager / client partner to support account mining and identify opportunities across projects and programs based on higher level visibility and business outcome objectives
- Lead and support proposal creation, estimation and planning for new opportunities and field of plays
- Educational Qualifications : -
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, marketing analytics, bioinformatics, statistics or equivalent
