Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop, refine, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for AI and SaaS solutions.
- Identify high-value market segments and verticals to target for business expansion.
- Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to articulate AiFA Labs’ value proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on how AI-driven solutions can address their unique requirements.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities and progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
- Stay abreast of trends in AI, SaaS, and digital transformation, and leverage this knowledge to position AiFA Labs effectively.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions and proposals to client needs.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Enterprise Sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in selling AI-driven solutions or SaaS products.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced certifications in AI/SaaS sales are highly desirable.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies or enterprise clients in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
- A network of established relationships within the AI and SaaS industry ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
