AIGs Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance.
How you will create an impact
This role will be responsible for leading the analytics & reporting functions from a Business Services Delivery (BSD), a division of the Information Security Office (ISO), perspective. This requires the ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities to established BSD / ISO goals, guiding architecture, and partnering with internal customers to build strategic relationships.
They will need to effectively partner with various IT teams to align visualization of datasets from tools across the org in aligning to department goals & AIGs standards & policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy that is aligned with overall Information Security Office (ISO) strategy, organizational goals, regulatory requirements, industry trends and best practices, and market expectations to ensure it allows our colleagues to serve their customers in an effective, reliable, and safe way
- Drive AIGs information security strategy through the integration of business applications to various ISO solutions
- Provide technical and operational support for specialized applications and systems and apply software application experience to enhance quality, productivity and overall effectiveness of customer facing interfaces
- Design, develop, lead initiatives through full lifecycle, and perform analysis and configuration functions (including defining technical requirements), as well as assessment and resolution for defects / incidents
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, target state processes and implementation plans
- Work with business aligned IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how BSD solutions and services should perform and operate
- Lead the definition of architecture and process standards for the software security scorecard platform and support the ongoing evolution and development of BSD strategies, roadmaps, and plans
- Ensure software environments comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry frameworks; Conduct regular audits and assessments
- Set the guidance associated to measuring application security controls
- Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to senior management
- Contribute to evaluation, selection and configuration of pertinent products and services from vendors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional technology teams, and vendors
What you'll need to succeed
For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $126,000-$171,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus [OR commission] in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
