Reporting to the Head of Accident & Health, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing a sales territory for Specialty Markets and Corporate Accident & Health products. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of developing relationships with internal and external trading partners and creating pipeline of new business opportunity aligned with the business strategy.
Performance Objectives : New Business Goal $1.5 M - $2M per year of new business in their assigned territory.
- Work with licensed Accident & Health producers to solicit new business opportunities. Coordinate with regional underwriting to build coverage plan designs to meet customer needs.
- Leverage extensive A&H product capabilities to offer customized coverage solutions.
- Collaborate with internal commercial lines partners to cross sell accident products to new and existing clients.
- Successfully articulate AIGs accident value proposition to external business partners to drive new business and retain renewal business to achieve top line goals.
