Responsibilities:
- Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Conversational to tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements. Sociable to create strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Quota Achievement: Self Reliant to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
- Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent endearing communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
Who you are:
- Self-motivated, self-confident, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive and interactive communication skills.
- Strong willed, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Fearless and not afraid of heights-physical ability to climb ladders to roofs
