Position Overview: Dairy Manufacturing Operator Roles (Entry level as a Packing Operator, OR experienced Machine Operator and Batch Maker roles available)
Pay Range: $16 - $30 per hour based on shift and experience.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Pay: $16 - $18
- 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, Pay: $17 - $18.75
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6 am, Pay: $19 - $20
- Weekend Day (Fri/Sat/Sun only): 6 am - 6 pm, Pay: $17 - $18
- Weekend Night (Fri/Sat/Sun only): 6 pm - 6 am, Pay: $19 - $20

Responsibilities: As a Dairy Manufacturing Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes. Your duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining packaging equipment
- Executing batch production processes with precision
- Packaging, casing, and refrigerating finished products
- Ensuring top-notch quality control at every stage
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment and work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dairy manufacturing preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to lift over 50lbs regularly
- Adaptability to changing production needs
- Basic math skills and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to move items weighing up to 55 pounds
- Constant movement, including on wet floors
- Visual acuity for reading instructions and inspecting products
