Targeted Case Managers (Service Coordinators) have flexible schedules and work "on the go" in a variety of environments to assist in giving individuals access to services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Criminology, etc.)
- Professionalism

- Communication skills
