What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Front Office Manager/Receptionist position at Aimbridge Hospitality?
The Front Desk Assistant Manager is a key role that supports the Front Desk Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality service to all guests, prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy
- Working closely with the Front Desk Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
- Scheduling and supervising Front Desk staff to meet business needs
- Ensuring compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and policies
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, be proficient in Windows operating systems, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
