Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Complimentary AM Attendant. As a member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the complimentary breakfast area.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests at designated tables in a timely manner
- Ensure quality control of food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness and appearance
- Clear, clean, and reset tables and hotel spaces as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel products, services, and local attractions
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass responsible serving course
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
