Just minutes from Midland International Airport and the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, we are conveniently located in Midland, Texas. This all-suite hotel offers easy access to many of Midland’s oil, gas and energy companies, including the new Chevron and Oxy campuses, Schlumberger, and EOG Resources. The Midland Staybridge Suites is close to entertainment and shopping, with wonderful restaurants and sporting events within walking distance. Room options of suites include spacious studio, one bedroom, or the family friendly two bedrooms, substantially bigger than other hotels. Fully-equipped kitchens in all guest suites. Complimentary full service Business Center, outdoor pool and hot tub and inviting den to work or relax. Closest Midland hotel to the airport (MAF) The Social, Monday through Wednesday evenings; dinner and drinks are on us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
