Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional service to residents and team members.
- Perform resident-requested repairs and services independently (e.g., HVAC troubleshooting, complex plumbing installations / repairs, electrical component troubleshooting / replacement, household appliance installations / repairs / replacements).
- May provide technical guidance and training to lower-level Service Technicians and support their technical skill development. (depending on the level you are hired for)
