Location: (Onsite) - Nashville, TN 37243
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23-25/Hr. on W2, all inclusive
Client: State of Tennessee
Contract: 5 Months (extension based on performance)
Candidate must be local
Job Summary
Seeking a Service Desk Technician with IT call center experience to handle up to 30 calls per day, provide technical support, and assist with troubleshooting. Strong customer service skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Printer Support: Manage server and local print queues
- Active Directory: Navigate OUs, reset passwords, unlock accounts
- InTune & iOS Management: Deploy and support iPhones/iPads, reset accounts, manage two-factor authentication
- Video Conferencing: Support Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence
- Network Support: Troubleshoot VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi, internal vs external networks
- Application Support: Resolve account permission, compatibility, and browser issues
- Remote Support: Assist via MSRA, RDP, Teams, WebEx
- Hardware Deployment: Set up and support IT hardware, must lift up to 50 lbs
- ServiceNow: Manage and assign tickets
