We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director specializing in Family Medicine to lead our clinical team in Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for family medicine services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical staff.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Oversee patient safety initiatives and quality improvement programs.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of medical staff.
- Foster relationships with healthcare partners, insurers, and community organizations.
- Lead medical education and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Valid Texas medical license and DEA registration.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managed care, value-based care models, or population health management.
- Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a senior leadership position.
