Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and grow a healthcare practice ? Aimergency Connect Care is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to oversee operations and help expand our Family and Mental Health Services in Texas .
About Us
At Aimergency Connect Care , we provide comprehensive, patient-focused healthcare for individuals ages 6 and up . Our practice offers in-person services from 7 AM - 7 PM and virtual services from 7 AM - 9 PM , ensuring accessible, high-quality care for our communities.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient practice management
Supervise administrative staff, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Manage patient intake, billing processes, and insurance verifications
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and EMR systems
Handle budgeting, vendor relations, and office expenditures
Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the practice in Texas
Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to enhance patient experience
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare office management or a related administrative leadership role
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of medical billing, credentialing, and insurance processes preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance standards
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
