Facilities Maintenance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled facilities maintenance professional to join our team at Aion Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CFC Type I & II certification (or ability to obtain within 180 days).
- Valid driver's license.
- At least one year of maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 60 lbs., and bending.
Job Requirements:
- Sufficient knowledge to complete maintenance assessments to the standards of a Service Technician.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
