The firm is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of experience at a leading law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing abilities, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to take ownership of matters within a collaborative team setting.
Preferred Experience Includes:
Complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Handling discovery and case strategy
Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred but not required
What They’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
3–5 years of litigation experience at a recognized law firm
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Admission to practice in the state corresponding to the office location (CT or NY)
Compensation:
Base salary range: $180,000 – $245,000, depending on experience and location
