The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of substantive experience in employment law, with a strong emphasis on defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. Experience conducting witness interviews, and taking and defending depositions, is required. Trial experience is advantageous.

JD from an accredited law school

4–6 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly class and collective actions

Bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office location is required
Compensation & Benefits:

Target salary range: $275,000 – $335,000 (Philadelphia market)

Actual compensation will depend on experience, skillset, and other business factors
