Hybrid Employment Class Action Attorney

 A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Associate Attorney to join its Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration practice group. This is a full-time position supporting a growing workplace class action team with a focus on complex employment litigation. The firm offers a collaborative and collegial environment with flexibility in office location, including options in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Wilmington.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of substantive experience in employment law, with a strong emphasis on defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. Experience conducting witness interviews, and taking and defending depositions, is required. Trial experience is advantageous.

Additional experience in employment counseling is a plus, including:

• Advising employers on federal and state law compliance

• Drafting and reviewing workplace policies

• Assisting clients with employment training programs

What They’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school

• 4–6 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly class and collective actions

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Experience with depositions and witness interviews

• Trial experience preferred

• Experience advising on compliance, policy drafting, or training is a plus

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office location is required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Target salary range: $275,000 – $335,000 (Philadelphia market)

• Actual compensation will depend on experience, skillset, and other business factors

• Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and performance incentives
