What You'll Do
Content Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies aligned with Alpine IQ’s brand voice, business goals, and SaaS industry standards.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and data-driven content across formats such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, customer support, and sales teams to develop impactful content that aligns with the buyer’s journey and resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee and manage content calendars to ensure timely publication, campaign alignment, and effective distribution.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies, maximize reach, and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of CRM-related content initiatives, ensuring accurate and impactful communication with diverse audience segments.
- Provide feedback and direction to the Jr. Content Specialist and Sales Enablement Manager to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, with a focus on personalization, audience segmentation, and customer engagement.
- Direct the monitoring and analysis of CRM metrics, such as email open rates, click-through rates, and customer retention, to inform strategies and maximize ROI.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in content marketing best practices, including SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to align content efforts with business objectives.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and innovation in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis on SaaS, B2B, or technology industries.
- Demonstrated success in executing content strategies and managing complex campaigns.
- An internship or previous experience in content creation is a plus.
