Church Hill Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Project Lead to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, assisting the Project Foreman in executing all aspects of landscape construction projects. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the work of other team members, ensuring quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of landscape projects
• Review and execute project plans and schedules in collaboration with the Project Foreman.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Assist the Project Foreman in meeting and exceeding yearly crew production goals.
