Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist with experience in landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness, all while leveraging their expertise in landscape design, maintenance, and horticulture. You will work closely with our marketing and landscaping teams to showcase our projects, promote services, and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Develop and execute a content calendar with posts related to landscaping projects, tips, and company updates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Management : Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages, monitoring engagement, and increasing followers.
- Photography & Videography : Capture high-quality images and videos of landscaping projects, before-and-after shots, and time-lapse videos to highlight our work.
- Community Engagement : Interact with online communities, reply to inquiries, and maintain relationships with potential clients and landscape enthusiasts.
- Performance Tracking : Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with landscape designers, project managers, and marketing teams to align social media content with overall business goals.
