YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Dispatcher normally works from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday . Some after-hours or weekend availability may be required for emergency service calls.
In this dispatch role, you oversee the daily scheduling and movements of our technicians, ensuring they respond to calls promptly. You assign service calls based on our techs' availability, skills, and locations to optimize our efficiency. With a positive attitude, you answer customer calls, provide important updates, and adjust schedules based on cancellations, emergencies, and other changes. You confirm appointments, answer questions, and deliver excellent customer service.
Providing vital in-field assistance, you track job progress and relay information to the technicians. This includes informing techs about the parts and tools they need. Attentive to detail, you perform data entry, maintain customer records, and record job details in our system. You process detailed work orders and prepare accurate reports. Collaborating with the service manager and other departments, you help order parts, allocate company resources, and coordinate service follow-ups.
