WHAT TO EXPECT
Typical office hours are 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday . Some after-hours or weekend availability may be required for emergency service calls.
As a Service Dispatcher, you enhance our technicians' efficiency by coordinating schedules and effectively assigning jobs based on availability, location, and skill set. You maintain open communication between clients and technicians, promptly relaying important information and communicating job changes or cancellations. With a positive attitude, you engage with customers, confirm appointments, and adjust schedules for emergencies or other changes. You answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
Providing in-field support to technicians, you inform them about job requirements and what parts, tools, or resources they need. Prioritizing accuracy, you track job progress, perform data entry, and maintain customer records and job details in our system. You also process work orders and prepare various reports. Partnering with the service manager and other departments, you help order parts, allocate resources, and coordinate service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
