As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll dispatch straight from home to your first job site, tools loaded and ready to go. Whether you're diagnosing HVAC issues, doing routine maintenance, or tackling a tricky repair, you'll get the job done right with the support of your team-oriented crew. When you're not working solo, you'll have the chance to mentor junior techs and help them grow. And since every job is different, every day keeps you learning and sharp. Your day wraps up at 5 PM unless you're on-call for emergencies-then it's time to be the hero when your customers need you most.
