Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs.
- Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services.
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Driven, goal-oriented, and growth minded
- Team and customer focused
- High level of professionalism
- Proven experience sales experience with in-home sales experience preferred
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technologically skilled including social media
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Skilled in social media is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
