Job Purpose :

The Digital Marketing Director will lead Air Culinaire Worldwide’s marketing strategy, leveraging innovative digital platforms and luxury branding to captivate a high-net-worth clientele. This role will build and oversee the marketing team, drive innovative campaigns, and align marketing efforts with company objectives to enhance brand recognition and deliver measurable business growth.

Responsibilities and Associated Duties :

Strategic Planning

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and budget aligned with organizational goals.

2. Identify high-impact, low-investment marketing opportunities to elevate brand presence and competitive edge.

3. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success and ROI.

Team Leadership

1. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

2. Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and external partners, to synchronize marketing efforts.

Campaign Management

1. Plan and execute marketing initiatives across all digital channels, including search, social media, email, content, and display.

2. Track and analyze campaign performance, proposing data-driven optimization strategies.

3. Administer updates to the company website, blog, and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging.

Content Development

1. Develop and manage content calendars for social media, blog, and email campaigns.

2. Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and guest authors for blog and social media features.

3. Create compelling press releases and communicate with industry media contacts.

Luxury Branding

1. Tailor marketing strategies to resonate with luxury market audiences, emphasizing exclusivity and quality.

2. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

3. Innovate to enhance brand recognition through global marketing strategies and cross-promotion with Universal Weather & Aviation.

Event and Partnership Management

1. Manage the company’s presence at industry events, coordinating with internal and external teams.

2. Develop and deploy marketing tactics for training programs, network kitchens, and Air Culinaire Worldwide’s services.

Measures of Success :

1. Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)- Ensure that all marketing campaigns have an ROI that can be measured and achieved within the fiscal year budget

2. Brand Reach & Impressions- Generate marketing relationships with luxury brands that elevate service and reputation within the industry

3. Master the marketing functionality of BigCommerce to run campaigns that increase average order size within the portal and reduce “abandoned carts”

4. Increase website traffic, shares, likes, comments, and other interactions on social media platforms and within BigCommerce using customer feedback and survey results

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements :

1. Position is based in Tampa, Florida (not a remote position)

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, with a focus on luxury products.

4. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, BigCommerce, and CRM systems.

5. Proven success in budget planning, campaign management, and achieving measurable business results.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

7. Deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and emerging digital trends.

8. Experience with targeted social media advertising campaign tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a proven track record of creating high-performing campaigns.

9. Examples include launching multi-channel retargeting campaigns to increase lead conversions and designing location-based ad campaigns for luxury audiences.

10. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

11. Experience collaborating across departments and building consensus.

12. Strong communication and writing skills for content creation, press releases, and stakeholder engagement.
