Job Purpose :

The Inside Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Air Culinaire Worldwide sales strategy through extensive contact and communications with both customers, prospects, and employees. Under the SVP's direction, the Inside Sales & Support Specialist will research, qualify, and make initial contact with prospects and leads.

Responsibilities and Associated Duties :

1. Generate incremental sales by contacting qualified leads to introduce our services, demonstrate customer portal, answer questions, and determine interest in our services.

2. Use various sources of data for research such as customer websites, JetNet, ACW Sales Book, UWA data, CFMU and Salesforce & Dynamics 365

3. Manage leads in Salesforce and communicate with Sales team prior to handing off for further outreach.

4. Daily follow up with quote requests to secure the revenue and gather business intelligence about future trips

5. Coordinate content and communicate effectively with the sales and operations teams.

6. Ensure sales reporting and communications are distributed among sales organizations and other departments as required.

Other duties and tasks as assigned by the SVP Sales & Marketing

Measures of Success :

1. Converting sales leads to sales revenue from follow-up calls from the transient / one time customers account and other sales leads.

2. Timely and accurate completion of Salesforce entries & sales reports

3. Successfully transition leads to outside sales teams in the US, UK, and France

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements :

1. Position is based in Tampa, Florida (not a remote position)

2. Proficiency required in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel (Pivot Table / Formulas)

3. Experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent

4. Must demonstrate the ability to generate incremental new sales and / or have a proven record of accomplishment of quota attainment.

5. Must be highly organized, detail orientated and prioritize cross-functional duties.

6. Must possess strong written and verbal skills & be fluent in English.
