Be a Travel Expert
Master our Takeflite reservation system and help passengers book, check in, and navigate their journey.
Handle Payments Like a Pro
Collect payments while keeping customer info safe and secure.
Know the Rules
Stay sharp on fare rules, air freight procedures, and safety protocols.
Juggle Tasks Like a Champ
Assist with ticketing changes, baggage handling, and other ground support duties.
Deliver Exceptional Service
Greet and assist passengers with a smile, answering their questions and resolving
concerns.
Keep Everyone in the Loop
Communicate clearly with customers, pilots, and flight followers to keep things running
smoothly.
Do a Little Bit of Everything
This role is full of variety – no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy individuals that are comfortable with computers (bonus points if you’ve
worked with reservation systems!).
Able to lift 60 pounds regularly, using safe lifting techniques.
Cool under pressure and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with top-notch communication skills who loves helping people.
