We are currently looking for a CSR / Service Dispatcher to join our team!

Primary Job Functions : Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times.

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., some overtime as needed

Pay Scale : $20.00 - $25.00 / hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

5 years related experience and / or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

Advanced customer service skills

Able to answer multi-line phones

Ability to multi-task

Computer skills (including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Qualifications desired :

Knowledge of the HVAC industry preferred

Excellent verbal skills

Professional phone skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Energetic personality

Well-organized and ability to work independently
