The primary purpose of this position Serves as a lead program manager and senior subject matter expert, researching, developing, and recommending new and innovative corporate policies, practices, and processes. Performs official team lead duties over subordinate employees overseeing projects, assignments and studies. Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain Security clearance - This may be a designated Drug Testing Position - Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical (if applicable) Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 1. Ability to plan, organize, lead functions, mentor and motivate the staff of an organization. 2. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing. 3. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance. 4. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas. 5. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution. 6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required. 7. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
